The MBA programme of SAL Institute of Management (SIM) will be conducted on a Semester basis with four semesters spread over two academic years.

  • The duration of each Semester will be around 15 weeks. In each semester, there are seven courses/subjects.

  • In the first year, all 14 courses are compulsory.
  • In the second year, there will be three types of courses, namely, compulsory, electives and core specialisation Subjects.
  • The MBA programme will have four Specializations, namely,

    • Marketing Management

    • Finance Management

    • Human Resource Management

  • A student can choose any one of the four Specializations. A candidate has to opt for one of the electives from different areas like; Management of the Financial Planning, Digital Marketing, Corporate tax Planning, Training and Developments, Social Media Analytics etc with respect to match with their specialization.
  • Between the first year and second year students gets exposure of industries/ Services training.
    Students identify industrial problems and prepare extensive research report in the Summer Internship Program.
  • The second years institute more focused on applied studies, therefore the entire core specialized subjects linked with contemporary real life challenges.
  • In the second year students also receive the exposure of Multi Disciplinary Action Project and Comprehensive Project.
  • SAL Institute of Management conducting various workshops like; Persona (How to face corporate Challenges), Data Analytics where student can learn applied market research challenges.
  • The Mock round conducted by the professional increase the probability of the students to select amongst the more than 500 renowned corporate associates.
